## Capabilities
- **Strategy**: Founder and CEO advisory for high-growth startups. Market analysis, positioning and roadmaps that turn a vision into a plan people can execute.
- **Design**: Interfaces that feel inevitable. Design systems, UI/UX, prototyping and content, for mobile, web, TV, watch and kiosk.
- **Engineering**: Build and launch battle-tested products, native iOS, Android and Apple TV, fast web, e-commerce and internal tools. Performance is a feature.
- **Super Intelligence**: Super Intelligence that earns its place in the product. Strategy, assistant and agent UX, LLM engineering, retrieval over your content and evaluation, built useful, honest and private by default.
- **Growth**: Design that moves KPIs. SEO and ASO, social growth and reputation management, measured and iterated on real data.

## Process
Discover → Define → Build → Grow: stakeholder discussions and research, strategy and prototypes, design systems and engineering, then launch, SEO/ASO and iteration on real data.
