AmpUp enables anyone to offer their chargers to the public and provides easy management for charging networks of all sizes. We shaped the product from the first sketch to launch, and kept shipping as it scaled into enterprise.

## Challenge
Designing iOS and Android apps that let private owners make their chargers public, gave enterprise the tools to manage whole networks, and put an interactive map of available chargers in the hands of EV drivers who need a charge, now.

## Research
In-depth market research, user interviews and competitor analysis surfaced the pain points and the opportunity. The research made one thing clear: win the charger networks first, while nurturing a consumer base in parallel.

## Results
From a 2019 start-up to a thriving SaaS business whose enterprise clients include Holiday Inn, LEGO and Under Armour, while thoughtful consumer features keep the grassroots network growing.

## Conclusion
AmpUp's success comes from user-centric design and features built for grassroots network growth, combined with a highly scalable, adaptable interface that enterprise can roll out without training or maintenance.
